1. Splits

Splits is an interval timer app by Plainware Studio.

Splits works offline.
No account is required.
Splits has no ads.
Splits has no analytics currently.
Splits has no third-party tracking currently.
Custom timers, routines, descriptions, sound settings, voice settings, imported routines, and preferences are stored locally on the user's device.
Imported .splits files are stored locally when the user chooses to import them. Exported .splits files are only created when the user chooses to export them.
Splits may show a running notification while a timer is active.
Splits may use Android Text-to-Speech for voice cues.
Splits may use vibration for alerts.
Splits uses foreground service functionality to keep active timers reliable in the background or on the lock screen.

2. Fasting Timer

Fasting Timer does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

No internet access. The app declares no INTERNET permission and makes no network requests.
Local storage only. All fasting sessions, weight logs, water entries, notebook entries, and settings are stored on your device only.
No accounts, analytics, or advertising. There is no sign-in, no crash reporting, no analytics SDK, and no advertising network.
Notifications are generated locally by the Android operating system. No notification content is transmitted externally.
Android backup. If Android's automatic backup is enabled on your device, app data may be backed up to your Google account as part of Android's standard device backup. This is controlled by your Android and Google account settings, not by this app. Backups are encrypted by Google and are not accessible to the developer.
Data deletion. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device.
Medical note. This app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting programme.

3. Countdown Timer

Countdown Timer is a countdown and count-up app by Plainware Studio.

Countdown Timer works offline.
No account is required.
Countdown Timer has no ads.
Countdown Timer has no analytics currently.
Countdown Timer has no third-party tracking currently.
Countdown Timer declares no internet permission.
Events, reminders, widget settings, recurrence settings, archived events, and app preferences are stored locally on the user's device.
Backup and restore files are only created or imported when the user chooses to export or import them.
Countdown Timer may show local notifications for reminders.
Countdown Timer may use Android widgets to display selected events on the home screen.

4. Plain Lift

Plain Lift is a strength-training tracker by Plainware Studio. It is local-first: with no account, nothing you log ever leaves your device.

No account is required. You can use every logging feature fully offline, and by default your data is stored only on your device.
Plain Lift has no ads, no analytics SDK, and no third-party tracking.
Your workouts, sets, routines, programmes, custom exercises, body measurements, goals, notebook entries, gyms, and app settings are stored locally on your device.
Optional cloud sync. If you choose to create an account and turn on cloud backup and sync, your training data (workouts, routines, programmes, custom exercises, body measurements, goals, notebook entries, and gyms) is stored in the developer's Firebase (Google Cloud) backend so it can back up and sync across your devices. App settings are not synced.
Sign-in. Accounts use Firebase Authentication. You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password. Your email address and, where available, your name and profile photo are held by Firebase Authentication to run your account.
How your data travels. All communication with the cloud uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections, and cloud data is stored under your account only — accessible to you, not to other users.
Data deletion. Deleting your account from within the app removes your Firebase account and erases all of your synced data from the cloud. Uninstalling the app removes the local copy from your device.
Export. Exporting a CSV creates a file only when you ask, and sends it through the Android share sheet to a destination you choose. Plain Lift keeps no copy and does not see where you send it.
Plain Lift may show a running notification while the rest timer is active, and uses foreground-service and exact-alarm functionality to keep the rest timer reliable in the background or on the lock screen.
